SHIPPING

FREE POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA FOR ORDERS OVER $100

Shipping charges apply to all domestic orders under $100. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight, volume and delivery post code for every order. Shipping and dispatch times on our website are indicative only. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address, where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours.

Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically within 14 working days domestically. Please note that the shipping times indicated above are approximations. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you have a deadline for receiving your order as we may be able to help ensure that you get your product on time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges apply to all international orders and can take up to 6 weeks.

Any additional costs for customs clearance are responsible and must be paid by the recipient. We suggest for more detailed information please contact your local customs office

ORDER PROCESSING/ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All orders placed with us are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline (i.e. not accept) any order up to the point of the point of delivery of the order to you and an invoice for the order being issued to you. Please note automatic confirmation of successful order placement and/or receipt and/or processing a payment for the order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. If we decline your order after a payment for the order has been received/processed we will contact you with the details and refund the payment in full.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your goods have been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number. Unfortunately we will not be able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please note no delivery will therefore be permitted to a Postal Box or similar address.

LOSS AND DAMAGE

Yorkmain takes all possible care when packing goods for postage however we do not take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during delivery. Yorkmain also takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. However, if we incur costs as result of the cancellation, we will pass these on to you, so please research and choose the products carefully before placing an order. Please note that all cancellations must be done or confirmed by email and the following policies apply on order cancellations:

  • Credit Card Handling Fees - Credit Card Handling Fee of is not refundable, as this fee is charged by the bank and is not refunded to us when an order is cancelled and we have to issue a refund.
  • Freight Costs & Shipping Insurance - If you cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, the freight cost and shipping insurance will not be refunded, as we will not be refunded this cost by the courier. Please note that an order in the status of Shipping may have already been shipped but not yet updated on our website.

A phone call or an email requesting cancellation of the order does not constitute cancellation of the order. We must confirm all cancellations in writing or by a change of order status on the website. We have this policy to ensure that if an order has been shipped or is preparing to be shipped it is stopped before we confirm the order cancellation.

FRAUD PREVENTION

For certain Credit Card orders, we will undertake additional steps according to our fraud prevention policies to ensure the transaction is not fraudulent. These steps may include, but are not limited to:

  • Calling the customer and/or the owner of the credit card on a landline number
  • Validating the billing address specified on our website as matching the billing address provided to the credit card issuer
  • Requesting a photocopy of the credit card to be faxed to us (to verify physical possession of the card)

PAYMENT METHOD

We must receive cleared payment in full for the total value of the order before we will accept and start processing your order. The following methods of payment are accepted:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Immediate clearance)

ONLINE STORE RETURNS POLICY

No part of our Refunds and Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the U.S, U.K, CHINA AND SOUTH AFRICA Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent State and Territory legislation. 

We will exchange any purchased item or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Please contact us before sending back your exchange to see if the item is still in stock. Goods must be returned within 7 days in a saleable condition with the original invoice as proof of purchase using a TRACKABLE service to the address below that provides you with a tracking number. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), within 7 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from YORKMAIN.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to YORKMAIN. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, YORKMAIN are unable to refund such duty or taxes. We also reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy

REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to process. Should you wish to receive the replacement item sooner, send back the unwanted item for a refund and place an order immediately for the new item.

We will accept up to one exchange per order. Should you wish to return the exchange item, we are more than happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are strictly non-refundable.

DATA LOSS AND PRODUCT IMAGE

Terms and conditions are subject change from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to placing orders on the website. Please also keep in mind that SOME items may be different in colour from the photo due to the lighting or flash used when photographing.
